Peter Straub to appear at Katonah Village Library Authors Gala in May

In celebration of their 125th anniversary, Katonah Village Library will hold an Authors Gala at Caramoor on Saturday, May 21st from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. Honored guest and keynote speaker for the evening will be Peter Straub, author of the best selling books, In the Night Room, Ghost Story, Shadowland, and two novels co-written with Stephen King.

The evening will include a silent auction during the cocktail hour in the Italian Pavilion at Caramoor, followed by dinner and a live auction in the reception tent. Some of the remarkable opportunities up for bid include vacation adventures in Ireland and Cape Cod, backstage passes to Nickelodeon, the Michael Kors fashion show and a tour of CBS’ The Early Show with Dave Price.
