GIRLS BEING GIRLS
A Group Puzzle Workshop
January 30, 2006, 7:00-8:00 p.m.
A workshop for girls which will explore feelings related to "fitting in" socially through the hands-on experience of creating a group puzzle. It is not unusual for girls this age to feel stressed and anxious about how to "fit-in." The Group Puzzle workshop is designed to give girls a gentle, fun, hands-on opportunity to explore their feelings about becoming part of a group. Using simple art materials to create their own puzzle pieces, the girls will "fit" their pieces together with the others in the group to form a group puzzle. This workshop is presented by Ellen Haube, MS, ATR and Susan Leffler, Psy.D. who facilitate expressive art workshops, titled Circle of Life, for women and girls experiencing transitions of life.
Please sign up in the Children's Room by January 27, 2006.

March 31, 2006, 7:00 p.m.
Paul Johnson will show how much fun pop-up books really are.
